Nancy L. Miller-Halter, 83, of Janesville, WI, died Monday, April 10, 2017 at Highview in the Woodlands, Rockton, IL. She was born July 17, 1933 in Anamosa, IA, the daughter of Thomas and Helen (Davis) Watters. Nancy raised her three children while employed by Collins Radio in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. She then moved to Beloit, Wisconsin where she was a realtor for many years. Nancy then worked for AT&T, later transferring to Arizona spending her retirement there. Her passion in life was most definitely her dancing along with the love of her family. She also loved animals, enjoyed gardening and investing in real estate. Survivors include her children and their spouses; eight grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; sisters. She was predeceased by her parents and sister, Tootie. Funeral services will be at 1100 a.m. Tuesday, April 18, 2017 in the Afton Community Church, 5126 S Co Rd D, Afton, WI with Pastor Philip Ramsey officiating. Burial will be in Baldwin Cemetery.
